For 22-year-old Sophie Turner, the hub represents more than just a place to train—it's a symbol of where the sport is heading. "Every time I walk in, I get goosebumps," she said. "It's not just about the equipment or the coaches; it's the belief that we're building something special for the next generation."

Turner, who burst onto the scene with a silver medal at the Commonwealth Games, has her sights set firmly on the home Games in less than a decade. For Turner, the immediate goal is the Paris 2024 Olympics, but the long-term vision is clear. "Paris is a stepping stone," she said. "But everything I'm doing now, every session, every recovery, is with 2032 in mind. To race on home soil, with that kind of support behind me—it doesn't get any bigger than that."
